Here’s the SODC application process at its most basic:
Step 1. Download and complete the application form.
Step 2. Gather all of the required documentation requested per Admissions.
Step 3. Drop off your application package by using one of these methods:

- OPTION A ~ In-person at Southern Ontario Dental College at the main office
- OPTION B ~ By mail: 201 Wilson St. East, Level 1 – Ancaster, Ontario Canada, L9G 2B8 [ATTN: ADMISSIONS]
Step 4. Pay your program’s application fee with authorization from the Admissions Department.
Dental Hygiene Program application fee: $250 (non-refundable)
Dental Assisting Level I & II Program application fee: $150 (non-refundable)
Payment methods accepted:
- Cash
- Debit (in-person)
- Credit card (in-person)
- Money order / bank draft made payable to SOUTHERN ONTARIO DENTAL COLLEGE
- E-transfer (preferred)
