1. Applicants who completed either their secondary or post-secondary education in a country other than Canada must submit an assessment report of all qualifications obtained to the SODC Admissions Office. This comprehensive assessment report can be obtained from the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS of Canada) or from the World Education Services (WES). 2. All applicants must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
The language of instruction at the Southern Ontario Dental College is English.
Applicants whose first language is not English must have completed:
- At least two years of full-time academic study in a country where English is the first language OR
- Provide a recognized test of English proficiency
We accept the following English proficiency tests:

*Tests must be completed within a two-year period prior to submission. Any results provided over the two-year period will not be accepted.
