1. Application Form and Fee

- Money order/bank draft payable to SOUTHERN ONTARIO DENTAL COLLEGE
The application fee includes the cost of processing applications, entrance exam, and interview.
2. Academic Requirements
Provide Certificate of Registration from CDHO
- Official final transcripts
- Official Diploma
- Copy of your Annual Dental Hygiene General Certificate of Registration
3.Personal Statement
A personal statement 500-600 words in length must be submitted by the applicant and should describe all of the following:
- Your academic, extra-curricular, and/or professional preparation for a career in Restorative Dental Hygiene
- Your reasons for wanting to enroll with our college
- Your career plans upon completion of this program at SODC
4.Letter of Recommendation
Applicants are required to submit:
Two recommendation letters from
- A Dentist
- A Dental Hygienist
5.CV Resume
Each applicant must submit an up-to-date resume at least 2 pages long with their most recent work experience in the Dental field.
Must include:
- Education
- Work experience
